Phillips. 2 volumes. Illustrated with 30 plates from photographs and other sources, printed tissue guards; 2 folding maps. (8vo), red cloth, spines lettered in gilt, top edges gilt, glassine jackets, slipcase. One of 550 copies. First Edition.

There was also a large paper edition of 50 copies. Graff 3148; Howes O163; Smith 7762; Tweney 58.

Condition:

Slipcase split along two corners, light wear to glassines, volumes fine.
