| Inscribed by Ben Wright to Charlie [Yaws], dated 10-24-92, on title-page. Also, includes 7 pages stapled together which contains: typed letter from Charles H. Yaws to Mr. John deGarmo; typed letter on deGarmo's memo-sized paper signed by John deGarmo on back with his address rubberstamped; 3 pages photocopied from Wind's intro with notes written, "The Spirit of Golf" advertisement statement pages with portions highlighted and ink corrections made by deGarmo with his address rubberstamp present; typed letter signed by John deGarmo to the Golf Collector's Society, dated June 11, 1992 on "The Spirit of Golf" letterhead; and advertisement for the book printed on two sides. |
