| Donovan & Murdoch 3325; Murdoch 34 - Lang was a Scottish poet and story-teller (his Fairy Book series was a favorite among Victorian children), and considered by some the Poet-Laureate of golf. Murdoch writes that this book "preserves for us some fine material that even today makes pleasant reading." |

From the USGA library with label taped to spine and labels to inside front wrapper, with small pencilled numbers to title page; spine leaning a bit; small, attractive bookseller's label to front pastedown, rectangular piece of paper applied to front wrapper, with pencilled ownership signature and small edge chips to wrapper, bookplate to frontispiece verso, foxing; very good. |
