| This was the first book of golf instruction published in America and contained the first "action photos" of golf. Whigham was a graduate of Oxford and later US Amateur champion for two years, and the son-in-law of C.B. MacDonald to whom he dedicates the book. Donovan & Murdoch 4600; Murdoch 847. |
