Day and others; double frontispiece including a steel-engraved portrait of Twain and a wood engraving of the baby Moses being set adrift (this is the second state, captioned "Titian's Moses"). 8½x5½, original brown cloth, ruled in blind, gilt-stamped on cover and spine with pictures of the tramp. First Edition, later issue. |
