[8] pp. 7¾x5, decorative bright light blue boards stamped in multiple colors, plain cream-tan jacket. No. 6 of 150 hand-numbered copies printed as a holiday gift for friends of the Black Sparrow Press. First Edition.
With a hand-written poem inscription by Bukowski in memory and in honor of Gertrude Stein (who died in 1946) on the title page: “Dear Gertie: E.H. [Ernest Hemingway] has no sense of humor, only a sense of honor. But aren’t humor and honor linked together? If not, shouldn’t they be? Yours, a fan….” in black ink. Also, signed by Bukowski in the colophon. Krumhansl 72b.
