| With: 20x8½, folded white paper broadside “Leslie Miller 1 – (p.1) Aftermath of a Lengthy Rejection Slip by Charles Bukowski.” Inked by publisher “Galley 1 / 2” and dated 5/83, signed by Groff, which is stapled on top corner to a 2-page printed broadside of Aftermath [not titled], on two sheets (17½x13), on heavy cream paper; 3 total sheets. * And, Aftermath of a Lengthy Rejection Slip (2 different issues). Folded card broadside, 4 pp., with: “Advance Proof” approved 5/29/83, signed in red and in black ink by Groff; and No. 2 of 150 copies, signed by Bukowski with man and bottle drawing and by Groff; both 15x10½, heavy cream paper, facsimile autograph letter from Whit Burnett to Bukowski on cover. Together, 3 issues. Limited First Separate Editions. |
