10¾x5½, violet-colored wrappers, printed in black. Uncorrected Galley Proof.
Inscribed presentation copy, signed in the year of publication on the title page: “For Larry Lee, all the best, William S. Burroughs, May 17, 1891” [presumably 1981]. Larry Lee was a long-time friend of Jimi Hendrix and joined his Gypsy Sun and Rainbows group as rhythm guitar. He joined the newly formed band one week before Woodstock.
Condition:
Fading to spine and portions of covers, 1" split to spine foot, leaning; front hinge tender, else good or better.
