Description:
[20] pp. 6¾x4¾, original saddle stitched black and white wrappers. [1 of less than 100 copies]. First Edition.
Everson’s rarest book with less than 100 copies issued. Although published in an edition of 500 copies, fewer than 100 were issued, the remainder destroyed due to the large number of errors in the text. Upper staple binding a bit over on to the front cover, as done by the publisher. Only two copies located in auction records consulted for the past twenty-five years, one of which was Everson’s copy PBA sold over nine years ago. Bartlett & Campo A15 - "a large number of errors in the text."
Condition:
Faint wrinkling, minor edge wear & soiling, staples a bit rusty (as are most), a few very slight & tiny stains; still near fine, considering background & scarcity.
