115 + [11] ad pp. Illustrated through with drawings and floor plans of houses. 6¾x4½, original pictorial wrappers.

Scarce little book of plans for fifty or so homes, many Craftsman style. Materials could be ordered from Sears - this book seems to a predecessor to the kits for houses Sears was to successfully sell. The only copy listed in OCLC/WorldCat resides in the University of Kentucky Library, with the publisher Montgomery Ward.

Condition:

Spine partially perished, reglued, some staining and wear - very good.
