Many images of the celebrities, and the crowds that gathered to see their attempts at grandeur in the field of aviation across the globe. Nearly all photographs are from the 1930's (with few exceptions) and are 6½x8½ (or the reverse), approximately 10 are smaller. Many have an attached typed caption from the photographers Underwood & Underwood, the remainder a typed caption affixed on verso from another source. Only a handful without any identification on verso. A collection that must be seen to be appreciated. Many with aerial views of cities such as New York, Washington D.C., and Los Angeles, as well as unique views of aircrafts, stunts, and more.
