Early depiction of perhaps the most famous event in the annals of Hawaii and Pacific history, appearing three years before the official account of Cook's third voyage and Webber's noteworthy engravings. This was apparently issued as a fold-out plate in The Universal Magazine of Knowledge and Pleasure.
