Color illustrations throughout by Dr. Seuss. 9x6, color pictorial boards. Later Printing, stated Book Club Edition.

Although not a first printing, this book has a charming original drawing by Dr. Seuss on verso of the front free endpaper. Drawing is of a slab of green ham, and a few green eggs. Drawn in black and green marker by Dr. Seuss along with a short message "A Ham and Green Eggs for Terri... Dr. Seuss." The Beginner Books logo is present on the front cover. Younger & Hirsch 27.

Condition:

Heavily worn spine tips and corners, rubbed elsewhere along covers and edges; some names in ink on front pastedown, and a bit of the paper from there removed; internally very good.
