[vi], i-[xxii], [i]-ccvi, [2] (errata and contents), [1]-315, [1] (blank), [2] ad pp. 10x7¾, rebound in leather, original morocco spine label laid down on front pastedown, additional new endpapers.

The 206 page preface and dissertation is by Gilbert West, and is a fitting introduction to this English translation from the Greek lyrical poetry of Pindar. Bookplate of Thomas Page Adams (TPA) on front pastedown.

Condition:

From the library of TPA: rubber stamp to each edge of page block, and to title page, along with library number; front hinge cracked; lightly foxed, a few tiny spots of worming, a few neat and small manuscript notations in margins in red ink; good.
