Approximately 257 CDV photographs, each approx. 4x2½". A large assemblage of photographic portraits of American children (fewer than a half-dozen are from non-U.S. photographers) representing a large assortment of photographers studios, largely from the north-eastern states but a few from mid-western and western photographers as well.
