Ginsberg's own copy of this incredibly rare Japanese language edition. Signed by Allen Ginsberg in ink on copyright page, and with an addition note in his hand "1 copy to Stanford'. Also signed by Beats photographer Gordon Ball on copyright. With publisher's advertising catalog and order form laid in. This copy of the book was acquired from Ginsberg's archivist Bill Morgan, whose collection was sold to Stanford, thus the note in pencil from Ginsberg, "1 copy to Stanford." OCLC / Worldcat has the book recorded, but does not have any institutions listed owning a copy, although it is known through the recent acquisition from Morgan, that Stanford now has a copy of the book.
