Congress authorized the organization of the territory of Nevada in 1861, this is the first official publication of the laws of Nevada Territory as laid out in the territory’s first legislative session in the autumn of that same year. OCLC locates only 10 copies. According ABPC, no copies have appeared at auction in at least 30 years.

Condition:

Some splitting to joints; some scuffing and loss to spine labels; previous owner's bookplate; overall about very good.
