Findlay S. Douglas (1874-1959) won the U.S. amateur golf championship in 1898, was runner-up in 1899 and 1900, and later became president of the United States Golf Association. George Pietzcker (1885-1971) is best known for his golf photography, much of which can be seen in Rand Jerris' recent book, Golf's Golden Age: Bobby Jones and the Legendary Players of the 20's and 30's.
