Account of La Pérouse's important voyage of exploration in the Pacific, and of the search for him when he mysteriously disappeared in the vastness of the Southern Ocean. The first set lacks the title-pages, but is complete with all the maps and plates; the second set without the atlas volume, and mention of plates on the title-pages has been crossed out in ink.
