5¾x3½ portrait photo of Zane Grey, signed in purple ink on bottom margin. Also, a typed letter signed by Lina Elise "Dolly" Grey (Mrs. Zane Grey) to William Plohr (of Pittsburgh), on Zane Grey letterhead. 7x6. With original mailing envelope.

Explains that Zane is away on a fishing trip to New Zealand and the South Seas, "therefore unable to write you an autographed letter...However...enclosing an autographed photograph...".

Condition:

Slight wear, near fine or better.
