Description:

Color pictorial brochure, 4-panel fold-out. With map illustration of the Monterey Bay area, including: Del Monte Golf Links, Pebble Beach area named (no golf links yet), etc. Plus, photo images of scenic spots, lodges, activities, etc. Entire piece measures 9¼x15" unfolded.

Scarce early promotional brochure for the Del Monte/Monterey experience, using golf as the main attraction. Color cover image shows a golfer with another golfer and two women in background (signed "Yours" and then undistinguishable name); other cover shows a model-T car.

Condition:

Some dampstaining, small tape repair, light soiling; about very good.
