Nice quarto set of Robinson's Works, with the significant maps of America by Thomas Kitchin, including South America; the Gulf of Mexico; Mexico and New Spain; and the Countries on the South Sea from Panama to Guayquil. The work on India contains to maps of southern Asia, Ptolemaic and modern. The title-pages are variously dated 1769 to 1771, with a preface in Vol. I dated 1801, and the set apparently issued at that time; a pencil inscription is dated 1807.
