Early American printing of the charter issued by William and Mary in 1691 making Massachusetts Bay a crown colony, along with the acts and laws of the province. This copy lacks A1 of the Charter, the title-leaf, but the text of the Charter is complete, and begins with p.1; also lacking E1-2 of the Table at end (missing only 1 printed page, p.17, the remainder is blank - the Table is usually bound before the Acts and Laws).
