Provides a very clear account of Newtonian science, giving examples and experiments to enable students to understand the principles outlined.

Condition:

Some deterioration of leather on boards, edges rubbed, chips to fore edge of rear cover, hinges repaired; light offsetting, foxing and age toning to text pages a bit more so to plates; else very good.
