Signed by Bukowski on the front cover. The official photocopy typescript of the adapted screenplay made into the 1981 Italian film "Storie di ordinaria follia" directed by Marco Ferreri, first released in France, January 1982, and starring Ben Gazzara as Charles Serking.

Condition:

Slight black ink from stamp on front cover (next to autograph); else fine.
