With 81 plates, including an autograph letter signed by Thomas Moore dated July 7, 1818, folding and tipped-in at page 1 of Vol. I; engravings, lithographs, etc. (mostly portraits), some mounted on tipped-in leaf. 8vo. Bound in period full red levant morocco, ruled in gilt, spines tooled and lettered in gilt, inner gilt dentelles over morocco turn-ins, light marbled endpapers, top edges gilt; bound by Morrell. First Edition.

Condition:

Spines a bit darkened, light wear to joints and edges; minor soiling to contents; else very good or better. A handsome set, extra illustrated.
