4-page form, partially printed and filled out in ink, with U.S. revenue stamps affixed; on p.[2] is affixed the Notary Public acknowledgement. 14¼x8½.

James McAdams of Aurora, Mono County, California, gives power of attorney to Thomas Whelehan of the same town. The form is signed by McAdams and by Notary Public S.T. King. The form was "Printed expressly for and Sold by W.H. Burrall, Bookseller and Stationer, Virginia City."

Condition:

Two inch split at fold; near fine.
