For Rose, with appreciation for her guidance on this book, and, her friendship. Love Barton. 3/31/71." Plain Wrapper Press, [1970]. * The Mugging. 12x8¾, spiral-bound wrappers. Inscribed in red ink on the inside of the front wrapper: For Rose, It's been a long time. I really miss you. Merry Christmas, love [drawings of three hearts], Benton Lidice Benes," with a small drawing of an angel blowing a horn. (Some darkening to wrappers.) Winter House, Ltd., 1970. Together, 2 volumes.
