Containing references to golf on pages 34, 83, 99, 108, and 115 of Vol. I and page 55 of Vol. II.

Condition:

Rubbing to boards, corners bumped, extremity wear; cracking to front hinge of Vol. II, foxing, archival paper tape repair to frontispiece map of Vol. I, else very good or better.
