Printed in roman and black letter type, with royal arms engraved at top, one initial. 14½x11¼.

The court at Whitehall declares that "For the Preventing Tumultuous Disorders which may happen hereafter upon the Pretence of Assembling to make Bonfires, and Publick Fire-works, and disappointing the Evil Designs of Persons Disaffected to the Government...: It is this day Ordered by his Majesty in Council, that no person or persons whatsoever do Presume to make, or encourage the making any Bonfires, or other Publick Fire-works..."

Condition:

Some creasing, a few short edge tears and ships, short tear near centerfold, else very good.
