Inscription on front free endpaper. 1/1000 copies. Boards. 1967. * Imported Handmade Papers from Andrew's/Nelson/Whitehad: Yesterdays Craft for Today's Creations. Wrappers, slipcase. 1/1000. [1986]. * A Slight Diversion. Printed on handmade Fabriano Text paper, with tipped-in wisps of Thai paper, with marbled Thai paper boards, plastic slipcase.
