The collection was put together by a young lad in St. Louis, MO and dated 1918 with his penciled ownership signature. A wonderful collection of poster stamps, including many printing and engraving companies from the St. Louis area, stamps from the 1915 San Francisco Fair, Beech-Nut preserves, Wells Fargo Express, YMCA, Laclede Gas Light Co., Cleveland Trust Co., Hinds Cream, The Youths Companion, various printing paper companies, Evinrude motors, Ivory Pyralin, Mo-Jo Chewing Gum, US Cartridges, Cant Bust Em Overalls, Third Liberty Loan and a host of other companies and subjects.
