Author's second novel. A murder mystery set in big game safari Africa. Huxley, cousin of Aldous Huxley, was a native of Kenya, and later wrote her classic: The Flame Trees of Thika. Copies in better condition retail for $300 and more.

Condition:

Jacket worn with scattered nicks, vertical split to entire front panel tape repaired, inside flaps affixed to pastedowns, rubbing, edge wear; volume leaning, front hinge cracked; about very good in a fair to good jacket.
