Rare. One of only a select number of copies issued in a special presentation binding. Presented to Roger M. Blough with gilt-stamped imprint on the front cover. Mr. Blough was once the Chairman of the U.S. Steel Corporation and the 1963 Gold Medal winner for the National Football Foundation and College Hall of Fame. The other winners of that award include: Dwight D. Eisenhower, JFK, Ronald Reagan, John Wayne, Jackie Robinson, etc. No copies located at auction in the past twenty-five years.
