Rare and early map of the golf courses at Pebble Beach (which first opened only six years earlier) and Del Monte, as part of a promotional letter for the Nineteenth Annual Convention of the National Association of Building Owners and Managers held at the Hotel Del Monte, California, June 21-25, 1926. Letter dated October 13, 1925, five paragraphs in Spanish text by Jefe de la Convención. With 5 printed photos of famous California destinations, including Robert Louis Stevenson's house, Carmel Mission and the age-old Cypress tree on the 17-mile drive near Pebble Beach.
