37 pp. Illustrated from photographs and two maps, including the golf course. 12¼x8¾, original saddle stitched black wrappers, front cover stamped and lettered in gilt. First Edition.

Rare pictorial history of this lesser known Wisconsin Country Club. Includes images of interior and exterior of the main clubhouse, various views of the golf course and the rest of the grounds, different lake views (with dock, boats, etc.), gardens, greenhouse, horses, horse stables, and more. Not in Donovan & Murdoch.

Condition:

Worn from water wear, discolorations to covers (inside and out), edge wear, 5½" tear to upper front cover; pp. 4 and 5 stuck together (pp. 2 and 3 somewhat so with 4½" portion of p. 2 torn and stuck to p. 3), two large tears to pp.15-16; plus other general wear; a fair copy of this rather scarce photo booklet.
