Signed by Everson in ink at the bottom of page 2; each plate signed in pencil by Burkhardt, with designation "A.P."; inscribed and signed by Herb Yellin in pencil in the colophon, "This was First proof pulled and ended up with my friend, Bela Blau." Also in the colophon, the name of William Everson has been circled with the notation "too light," and indeed it is. Bound by Bela Blau and his own copy.
