Binding loose and well-worn, endleaves spotted and worn; minor marginal soiling to title, contents and first two sheets, few very short closed marginal tears, one of the Holmes views with a pea-sized adhesion and a small foxmark (both near centerfold), very narrow marginal dampstain to lower edge and minor toning to other edges; about near fine internally.
