28x21.5 cm (11x8½") printed on white paper.

Signed by Paul Krasser,  co-founder of the Yippies, or Youth International Party, political street theatre. Rare Yippies handbill distributed for a demonstration at Macy's department store in 1968. Mimeographed with a photograph of an ancient stone head of a giggling infant. It reads: "MACY'S GIANT NEW-NATION CELEBRATION: To help free us from the property fetish, Macy's will become a liberated zone Saturday, June 8, from 1 to 3 p.m. Wear middle-class costumes and infiltrate. Ask straight shoppers not to enter. 'Property Is Theft.' Give away your clothing inside and demand replacements for leaving. Spontaneous sculpture in the aisles. Anti-property demonstration surrounding the store. Donate second-hand objects to Macy's. Start free stores at the entrances. NEW-NATION CELEBRATION SHEEP MEADOW 4 P.M. Caution: Cops love property & probably will be fierce.   ---   Youth International Party."

We have a full service shipping department to ensure proper packing and safe delivery of purchases at reasonable cost. We are specialists at packing and shipping books and works on paper.   All lots purchased by the same client are combined for shipping in order to keep the cost as economical as possible.  Our preferred method for domestic shipments is UPS Ground but we can also ship via FedEx or USPS.  For international orders we select the most appropriate carrier depending on the value and weight of the items purchased.  We are happy to accommodate special arrangements by request.

Invoices are sent out the day following the auction and include a $10 handling fee plus actual shipping and insurance charges.

All accepted bids are contracts and are considered final and non withdrawable.


A buyer's premium of 20% will be applied to all purchases.
