Printed document from Matanzas, Cuba, containing a ruling of the Military commission of Matanzas, judging on conspiracy charges against blacks and free pardos (mixed race people) "to eradicate the white race from this island." With ink signatures on final page of (apparently) Jose Lalinde and Juan Bautista Rodriguez. Summary and partial translation available on request.
