"Containing a classified list of all the business and professional men, officers, societies, schools, churches, etc., lists of mining companies, mills, smelting and other works, cattle and wool growers, shippers, etc., and a complete directory of all the cities, towns, and mining camps of Colorado, together with postoffices, express, telegraph, railroad offices, etc." The title page states "Fifth Annual Volume" but OCLC locates no copies of any earlier editions and only a single copy of the present annual, at the Autry Museum in Los Angeles. Not found in Adams, Eberstadt, Graff, Howes, etc. An 1880 edition appeared at auction in 1994 ($1323, Dorothy Sloan), no copies of the present edition appear in auction records. Previously in the collection of the Sutro Library, San Francisco, with bookplate, stamps, etc.
