Scarce program for the 1922 convention of the four year old American Legion, founded in 1919. Laid in is a folding map, 41.5x57.5 cm (16¼x22¾"), of the "Business Section of City of New Orleans," a few of the locations have been highlighted in colored pencil. Also laid in, is an original photograph of the band and members of the Garrett Cochran Post No. 1 from Williamsport, PA, atop and surrounding a locomotive. OCLC locates only one copy of this program, at Tulane University, but with no mention of the map, and no separate copies of the map are located.
