80 pp. of ink manuscript, dated 1888, plus an additioanal 14 pp. of typed continuation dated 1896. With 2 ms. maps in the text, double-page ms. map on linen laid in (dated 1907). 33.5x22.5 cm. (13¼x8¾"), brad-bound in half leather and cloth, front cover lettered in gilt "Title Insurance and Trust Co..."

The land in question is bounded by Washington, Flower, Queen and Fugueroa Streets.

Condition:

Some rubbing and wear to binding; very good.
