  • Onshimpei Kisho Gumpuku Gumbo Nado No Bu [Insignia of the Imperial Guard - Section on Uniforms]. [4] pp text & [16] pp. of color illustrations of uniforms. (Front wrapper detached] [Tokyo: c.1870].
  • Booklet with 14 color plates of Japanese military medals, plus 22 loose plates of medals, set in library boards folder. no date.
  • Photographically illustrated book chronicling the Japanese conquest of the Philippines, with captions and some text in Japanese. There are a few handwritten captions in English. Pictorial boards (spine perished, covers detached). No place: c.1942.
  • Sheet of Japanese savings bonds, with bombs on the interest coupons, engravings of a ship, tank and airplane on the main certificate. Three of the coupons have been clipped off, 33 remain. c.1942.
  • Yearbook for graduates of Japanese military school, with numerous photographs of cadets, etc. and various activities. Wrappers. 
  • History of the Empire of Japan. Compiled and Translated for the Imperial Japanese Commission of the World's Columbian Exposition, Chicago, U.S.A., 1893. With numerous depictions of military activities, some color woodblocks. Boards. Tokyo: 1893.
  • Catalogue of Japanese paintings, prints & artifacts, including many swords. Ink notes in Japanese. Wrappers coming disbound. No date.

We have a full service shipping department to ensure proper packing and safe delivery of purchases at reasonable cost. We are specialists at packing and shipping books and works on paper.   All lots purchased by the same client are combined for shipping in order to keep the cost as economical as possible.  Our preferred method for domestic shipments is UPS Ground but we can also ship via FedEx or USPS Priority Mail.  We do NOT ship USPS Media Mail under any circumstances. For international orders we select the most appropriate carrier depending on the value and weight of the items purchased.  We are happy to accommodate special arrangements by request.

Invoices are sent out the day following the auction and include a minimum $10 handling fee plus actual shipping and insurance charges.
