Produced by Page Smith to celebrate the American Bicentennial. Broadsides printed by A. Colish, Rampant Lions Press, Arion Press, Lime Kiln Press, etc. Lacks (as issued) two of the broadsides "Notice" by Alvin Eisenman and "John Adams" by David Godine. Also lacking is the announcement promising the later delivery of these two broadsides (the delivery of which never occurred). This copy signed on the title leaf by Page Smith and by William Everson on his contribution.
