First and only issue of what was intended to be a quarterly Review, which first appeared a month before Pearl Harbor, and then folded. Contributions include “Faulkner as Artist” by Ole Miss English Professor Peter Kyle McCarter; Success, a 1-page story by William Faulkner’s brother John; and an early essay by Dale Mullen on Eudora Welty, whose first short-story collection, A Curtain of Green, had just appeared. Understandably rare, an imprint found at only four universities, all in the South.
