2 volumes. [iv], 480; [iv], 595. Two engraved folding maps; woodcut headpiece at start of first chapter in each volume. (8vo) 20x12.5 cm (8x5") period full calf, later rebacking. First Edition.

The first volume of this work is translated from Guyon's "Indes Orientales."  The majority of the second volume is from an unidentified source, and details the history of various European nations' commerce with the East.

Spines a bit scuffed, bookplates, previous owner's name on title pages; maps linen-backed repairing some separations along folds; very good.

Invoices are sent out the day following the auction and include a minimum $10 handling fee plus actual shipping and insurance charges.
