6 parts in 4 volumes. (folio) 32.2x21.2 cm (12¾x8½"), period calf, spines tooled in gilt, raised bands, morocco lettering pieces.

Cardinal Lorenzo Cozza (1654-1729) examines the split in 1054 between the eastern and western branches of Christianity into what are now the Roman Catholic Church and Eastern Orthodox churches,

Some scuffing and wear to covers, wear and repairs at spine ends, ink onwership signatures to title pages along with later inkstamps of St. Hugh's, Parkminster; darkening to endpapers; very good overall.

Invoices are sent out the day following the auction and include a minimum $10 handling fee plus actual shipping and insurance charges.
