From the Bibliotheca Classica series, edited by George Long. Texts in Latin or Greek with commentary in English. Includes writings of Virgil, Cicero, Euripides, Sophocles, Homer, Demosthenes, Aeschylus, Horace, Hesiod, Tacitus, Juvenalis, Plato, Terrence, and Herodotus. A handsome collection.

Condition:

Light wear and a few small spots of soiling to leather, Volume 1 only (of 2?) of Herodotus; overall very good or better.
