With original color illustration by the author on the front free endpaper, of four soldiers in uniform being addressed by a toy soldier on horseback, with presentation inscription, "General Spooley salutes the Alllies, with the author's compliments, D.W.C. Falls, December 10th, 1914." OCLC/WorldCat lists only nine copies of the book.

Invoices are sent out the day following the auction and include a minimum $10 handling fee plus actual shipping and insurance charges.
